Sdělení obsažená v e-mailu jsou toliko součástí procesu komunikace korespondujících osob. Pokud směřují k vzniku, změně či zániku jakéhokoliv smluvního vztahu mezi korespondujícími osobami, nelze je sama o sobě považovat za závazná. Jakékoliv právní jednání zakládající vznik, změnu či zánik smluvního vztahu totiž podléhá na straně odesílatele tohoto sdělení vždy procesu předchozího schválení statutárním orgánem strany odesílatele a výhradě požadavku písemné formy opatřené podpisem statutárního orgánu strany odesílatele. Odesílatel výslovně upozorňuje a činí ve vztahu ke sdělením obsaženým v tomto e-mailu výhradu, že sdělení ve formě elektronické komunikace nejsou způsobilá stranu odesílatele jakkoliv právně zavazovat ani vyvolat jiné právní následky.

E-mail je určen výhradně pro potřeby jeho adresáta/ů a může obsahovat důvěrné informace. Pokud Vám byl omylem doručen, uvědomte okamžitě odesílatele vrácením e-mailu, zdržte se kopírování a jakéhokoliv dalšího šíření e-mailu nebo jeho příloh a celý e-mail vymažte ze svého informačního systému. Nakládáním s neoprávněně získanými informacemi se vystavujete riziku právního postihu.

Statements made in the e-mail are part of the communication process between the corresponding parties only. If aimed at creation, modification, or termination of any contractual relationship between the corresponding parties, the statements as such shall not be considered binding. On the part of the Sender of such statement, any legal proceedings causing creation, amendment or termination of any contractual relationship are always subject to prior approval by the Sender’s statutory body and shall be made in writing signed by the Sender’s statutory body. In relation to the statements contained in this e-mail, the Sender explicitly points out and reserves that no statements made in the form of electronic communication may be legally binding in any way for the Sender or cause any other legal consequences for the Sender.

The e-mail is intended solely for the needs of its addressee (s) and may contain confidential information. If it was delivered to you by mistake, notify the sender immediately by returning the e-mail, refrain from copying and any further distribution of the e-mail or its attachments, and delete the entire e-mail from your information system. By handling unauthorized information, you run the risk of legal action.
